The natural world with its layers of time encoded with memories, its vivid colors both opaque and transparent, its light and shadows evoke a beauty so fierce it pulls at my soul. My life as an artist has been a journey inspired by that epiphany and the authenticity of my work comes from direct observation and involvement with nature.
