  IMAGES OF "FACE"

I chose the image of the face  (whether it is the morphing of plant, insect and animal or looking deeper into the human visage) as a vehicle of expression and exploration.  The cold beauty of Puccini’s ”Turandot”, the bitter grief of the “Widow” and the despair of the “Homeless” man turn clay, fabric and glass into a narrative that I hope engages the eye and the heart of the viewer. The diverse media and tools  used have added  challenge  and excitement as I further explore what we see when we look into  the image of "Face".
